The billing office hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Our phone number is (302) 674-0600.

Referrals: If you are a new patient to our office and your insurance plan requires a referral, it is your responsibility to obtain one from your primary care physician. If you are an established patient it is your responsibility to have the correct number of referrals for your visits. Our surgery coordinator will get your authorization for surgery.

Co-pays: Co-pays are due at the time of your visit.

Can a payment plan be set up for monthly payments? Yes, consistent monthly payment can be arranged to avoid any collection concerns. Ask our billing office for details. Co-pays, however, are due at the time of your visit. Please contact us if payment of your balance in full would be a financial hardship. We would be pleased to set up payment arrangements for you.
