Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner and our commitment to your well-being is something that everyone in our practice takes quite seriously. Your appointment time has been set aside specifically for you. With this in mind, we have implemented a missed/cancellation policy which enables us to better utilize available appointment times for our patients. A missed appointment or “no show” is a patient who misses an appointment without cancelling or rescheduling in advance. A late cancellation is a change made to a scheduled appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled without giving a 24 hour advance notice to our staff. With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all your scheduled appointments. Late cancellation or missed appointment fees may be assessed.
